Salty Blue

This kitchen was designed for a client in Nantucket so we took inspiration from the surroundings outside. We used light wood for the cabinets and mixed it with creamy paneling, the range hood, and the range itself. There are also moments of light blue throughout the design in the pendants over the island, the sconces above the sink, and the beautiful wallpaper on the ceiling in the butler’s pantry, along with the blue cabinet color. We even painted the inside of the upper cabinets blue for a little surprise. There is tons of natural light and it feels beachy without being overtly designed.
